Customer may use our convenient storefronts for all RUSH orders.
Orders dropped off at storefronts by 9 AM, will be ready at storefront locations
by 5 PM the next business day (Mon-Fri).

3) What if I have a special instruction for a specific garment?
Simply safety pin a note to the specific garment(s) along with your message or instructions.
 
4) How do I pay for my cleaning?
Each month we will bill your credit card or send you a statement.
Route drivers do not accept payment of any kind.
 
5) Do I have to be present when my order is picked up or delivered?
No, orders will be picked up and delivered to the area designated by the customer. Area must be accessible from 8 AM to 6 PM.
 
6) Is Roadrunner Cleaners insured to transport my cloths?
Yes, we are licensed and bonded.
 
7) Do I pay higher prices for the pick-up and delivery service?
No, same prices as our storefront. Pick-up and delivery is Always Free!
 
8) What if I'm not satisfied with my cleaned garment?
We are committed to being the best. If you are not satisfied with your garment, we will re-clean that garment at no charge. Satisfaction Guaranteed!
